BROWNS Student Accommodation (Apartments/Student House/Student Townhouse) Fees - Adults
BROWNS Student Apartments and Student Houses have a minimum booking period of two (2) weeks. If there is availability between confirmed bookings, a shorter stay may be possible, subject to approval.
Students under 18 are not permitted to stay in the BROWNS Apartments or Student Houses. BROWNS airport pick up service is compulsory with Brisbane Apartments/Houses (Johnson, Panorama, Quay Street, Ultra, Utopia & Vue Apartments), Gold Coast Apartments/Houses (Bright Avenue, Kumbari Avenue, Lenneberg Street, Outlook, Ridgeway Avenue and Scarborough Street), and Melbourne Apartments (Docklands Executive Apartment, Flagstaff Square Apartments, Fulton Lane and La Trobe) bookings.

If two or more friends/family apply together, follow the same course dates and stay in the same accommodation, one application/placement fee applies per family. BROWNS Student Accommodation Placement Fee will be charged for change of homestay. Master Suite may be available for single or couple. Couples must both study at BROWNS. Only one Check Out Cleaning Fee will be charged per couple booking the Master Suite. Students under 18 are not permitted to stay in the student apartments or student houses.
