Although we would love to host all our students in our own apartments, unfortunately our capacity is limited and sometimes we cannot offer you a place for your desired period. Instead, we can offer you a place in a homestay with Australian families which includes private room options. If you definitely don't want to stay in a homestay, these are other accommodation options that you can consider during your studies at BROWNS.
If you rent a house, unit, share house, room, caravan or houseboat in Queensland there are rules that must be followed. These rules are set out in the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (the Act). Please click here to find out more.
Please feel free to contact any of these places directly to arrange your accommodation, noting BROWNS does not endorse any particular provider over the other.
