High School Preparation (HSP) Endurance Walk
HSP2 (High School Preparation) have been learning about famous adventurers and the human qualities of endurance, perseverance, focus and determination. Last week, we undertook our own adventure, testing our endurance and taking in the sights of Kangaroo Point, Brisbane.
Students challenged themselves by taking part on a walk from BROWNS to Kangaroo Point, exploring their surroundings and taking notes of their group and personal adventures.
For most of the students, it was the first time they went for an endurance walk and this represented a real effort to achieve their ultimate goal which was to get to Kangaroo Point and back to BROWNS within 2 hours.
What an amazing and unforgettable experience for our HSP2 students. Well done everyone!
